Communities should never have to pay to preserve their own culture. That is a promise, not a promotion.

Talk to Us

Things people ask us.

Is it really free for communities?

Yes, always. Communities should never pay to preserve their own culture. Full stop. This is not a "free tier" that expires or gets downgraded. It is a permanent commitment.

What happens to community data?

Communities own it completely. It is never used to train AI models, never shared without permission, never sold. Communities can delete everything at any time. No backup copies, no retention period — gone means gone.

Do you support Sorry Business protocols?

Yes. When an Elder passes, their content is immediately locked pending community guidance. We've built this in as a first-class feature, not an afterthought. Communities set the sorry period — it can be months or years. Names can be substituted. Content can be permanently restricted. Nothing is shared without explicit community direction.

Can communities remove their content?

At any time, immediately, no questions asked. This includes removing content that has been shared, linked to, or embedded elsewhere. The right to remove is absolute and permanent.

What languages does it support?

Any language can be recorded and transcribed. We currently have word databases for Djab wurrung, Yorta Yorta, Bininj Kunwok, and Yolŋu Matha — with more added regularly in partnership with communities and language centres.

Can we get a demo before committing?

Absolutely. We offer guided demos for schools, museums, and enterprise partners. Communities can start directly — there's nothing to commit to when it's free.
